Today i proved hunny wrong. He said that rainbow trout is too small to fillet. I pulled out my old school book. Refreshed my memory. Pulled out the "good" knives and got to work. Took me 30 mins to do 3 fish. I am pretty proud of myself!!

WTG that is my fav type of fish to fish for and yep you are right i have done it many times not easy tho

It was pretty easy with a sharp boning knife. I had a hard time this the dull chefs knife.
