Please help, I'm getting worried

My fiancé has his spot on his torso. It keeps growing, and he's starting to get worried that it's cancerous. His job has him doing work that is physically demanding and he breathes toxic fumes at work all the time such as fiber glass, rust, ect.

He has an appointment next week but can any of you tell us what it may be? Any help at all. Please, he is worried and so am I because another spot has just showed up.

I agree that it looks like ringworm. That was my first thought.
