It just depends on how much I sweated that day.  But I wash them when they need it and never use fabric softener on them, my Mom told me a long time ago that fabric softener messes with the stretchy stuff in it or something like that.  Ohh and never put them in the dryer.

After a few wears. I don't do much to get them dirty. I have 4 that I wear often and a few that occational and wash them every 2 weeks
