Now days with everything going on in our economy I know people are in a huge rush to move out but I say wait until you have enough savings for bumps in the road. I saved enough for a year of everything just incase of any bumps in the road and I made sure all my furniture was bought, and I had a stock pile of necessaties.

You were smart, I moved out at 18, rented a place, got my furniture from salvation army and never moved back. Bought my first place when I was 23, and new furniture.
