Yea. Basically what they're sayin is they want one month upfront and thef first month your rent is $99 so adding the two together it is $700 the first month.

not here this is getting the low end stuff most 2dedrooms in the "nice area" with all the updats are 800-1000 a month i just won't pay that much for a rental we want to buy but i want a back up plan if the offer we have put in falls threw
