I graze all day. It's better for your metabolism and it's how I've always been .
I can't sit down and eat a large meal, it just doesn't work for me.
Did you know that Breakfast should be your largest meal and dinner your smallest? You want to eat the bulk of your calories early in the day so that more can be burned off. It's fine if dinner is the big meal, but it's better if breakfast is. :)
