i know i live in the country right now which is a 45- 1hr drive to my SO work so we want to move back to the city so we can save on gas and ware on the truck and i could have it more. but man the prices of places to live are just crazy you get this little place not so nice or it is nice but in a bad area for a lot of money. i see adds for place int he area we are in now you get a house and more rooms and a yard in a nice area. sigh i am going to miss the country but not the land lords or this house

i
know my grammar is poor and so is my spelling and sometimes my wording
is odd please understand i have severe dyslexia i do run spell check but
it dose not always fine all my mess up when i misuse a word pointing
out my  mess ups is fine with me and i will be more then happy to fix
them however rude comments will not get them fix thank you for
understand:)

smaller isn't always necessarily bad.  less to clean, less space to accumulate clutter ;o)

i know just sucks but i think i am going to rent this one place it is older a little dated but i could save a lot of money renting there it is little tho

there are pros & cons to everything.  hubby has wanted to buy a home for a long while but to get one that we could afford we'd have to move farther away from our jobs & with having only one vehicle at the moment & the price of gas that isn't an option.  we had friends that did that & now he drives about an hour each way for work.  spending allot on gas & less time with his family.

being closer to work, the beach & friends would save you allot not just on gas but upkeep on the car, less oil changes & such.  not to mention less driving time for your so means more time at home with you.
