I ordered something late one night, called them first thing the next morning to cancel it and I got an email today saying my order has been shipped. So I contact them again and they said they can't do anything because my order was processed the moment I pressed the buy button, they do that so their customers can get their stuff quickly. Really? I bought this stuff on thursday, I do not call getting my stuff shipped out on monday speedy service. Am I the only one to think this is bs? Now I am out the shipping cost even though I called them the very next morning.
I've had the same issue with other companies. Once they start processing you can't change your mind.
Will they let you return it with free shipping.

No free shipping but I can take it to my local Sears. Either way I am out of the original shipping cost because of this. I wouldn't mind if I had waited for the order to get to my house before I cancelled the order, but this sucks.
