Not sure if anyone does this, but just in case you don't then here is a tip for you.
Don'tyou hate when there isn't enough chicken in your meal and you already have 3 pieces?? Well, i found if you chop up one piece super small, to almost a mince, that you will have bits of chicken in every bite.
I used to have to make 2 pieces of chicken for every meal and then at least one more if i had company. I found that when i chopped it pretty small, it was easier and faster to cook and everyone had chicken in every bite!
So next time you make a dish with chicken in it, try using just one piece and see how far it goes.
