Does anyone else ever pickle eggs.. My mom made some tonight and they tasted soooo good granted I'm pregnant so different things have been tasting good ..lol they were all pretty and purplish too !

I have never tried them but when we get home from vacation I am going to try and make some because my brother loves them.

We love them. We also love pickled beets. So, I save the juice from the pickled beets to pickle my eggs. Pretty pink pickled eggs!
