I just don't get it. It doesn't matter how positive or prepared I am. It's never a fun expirience.

I know how you feel. You could win a 'NEW CAR'!!!!! But while still happy, all that happiness gets SUCKED OUT to become super SAD with all that 'depression' in a DMV.

Our dmv is now privately run, it is wonderful!!! Never more than 30 minutes usually 15. Even inspections are quick.
