I used too but don't need too for my high schoolers anymore.  I still do for my 1st grader (well actually his auntie does).

yeah, their shoes get tore up during the summer ... they need new ones come fall.

We have so far, but I'm not sure yet if we'll buy new ones this fall... We snagged some on sale at the end of last spring, and I think they still fit just fine!

 Usually.  My dd stays in flip flops all summer, so she usually starts school with either flip flops or sandals.  By the time cooler weather rolls around, her feet have grown.  My ss wears sneakers pretty much year round...and being that he's a boy, he tears them up pretty quick, being that he's 14, his feet grow pretty quick too.  I'm hoping these kids are giving me a break from their growth spurts for a little while lol.

Yep, usually because they have outgrown the ones from the previous school year and just wear sandals during the summer.  I had to buy my son a pair towards the end of the last school year so I am hoping they will still fit but who knows.

This is our first school year. She will get all new shoes though. None of her current shoes are nice enough for school lol. She plays in all of them except one pair.
