Zoomed by, busy, busy, busy. Can't believe August is 2 days away.
July has been a crazy busy month. We came back from a 2 1/2 week road trip. PFLAG had a fundraiser at Rita's Italian Ice. I had to be there since I and the President of our local chapter.
next weekend is our annual picnic and election of new officers. For the past couple weeks I have been running crazy trying to get raffles together along with planning activities such as a dunking booth, moon bounce, etc.
This month was also dh and I's 11th anniversary. We spent yesterday in DC at the hirshhorn, American hisory & Spy Museums.
A reporter from the newspaper has been calling for my official statement on the annoucement made by Chick fil a. I am letting the VP handle it this time. I have been in the paper and on the news more in the last year, then in my entire life!
Fall is comiing quick and we have to get wood blocked and split. We worked on it the last couple weekends. It is hard work, but I appreciate it when my electric bill is less then $75 a month.
I feel like a chicken with my head cut off!

this month has flown by and been very busy. We had several church events , dd turned 4 and we had her party, several inlaws came into town, dd finished her first summer of dance camp, enrolled dd into school, and finally this week we had VBS all week.
I am really looking forward to August. DD will have her first day of school and that means I will have some actual "me time" for the first time in 4 years. lol
