my grandmother passed away Sunday. its been a rough month

Trying to keep mom healthy, we check in with the transplant team tomorrow, trying to lose the weight, homeschooling, knitting, spinning yarn, oh and I had my birthday. I am now 33.

thank you she was 91 and has been living with Alzheimer's for the last 10 years. she is in a better place but its still not easy
