I'm not really overweight, but I am a bit flabby. I figured I'd change that and start doing some work outs at home. Now, I have previously attempted this before, but for some reason my brain spaced why it never worked out.
I'll tell you why- it's impossible.
I have a two year old and any attempt to work out means mommy gets turned into a human jungle gym, nap times are short and saved for the other 5,000 things I can't do while he's awake.
