And now I remember why I don't work out....

I'm not really overweight, but I am a bit flabby. I figured I'd change that and start doing some work outs at home. Now, I have previously attempted this before, but for some reason my brain spaced why it never worked out.

I'll tell you why- it's impossible.

I have a two year old and any attempt to work out means mommy gets turned into a human jungle gym, nap times are short and saved for the other 5,000 things I can't do while he's awake.

Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhh

I'm so thankful we can afford for me to go to the gym now, because for about 4 years this is why I didn't really work out! >_<

I use my son as my weights, I hold him and do squats and when I do sits ups we play air plain I bring my legs in to a table top and he lays across them. As long as I include him I can get some what of a work out in.

but when my kids were small I let them work out with me and I even let them lay across ( when toddlers up right on my legs facing me their face over my knees) They would lay belly down and I would use the kids as leg lifts! THEY LOVED IT and would think it was a ride and wanted to all the time!!! It was safe I didnt lift far and I had pillows around them.
