Kinda of odd but we make our sauce with hotdogs in it. We love it. No one likes sausage in our family. For a family of ten that is impressive.

I usually make either spaghetti or lasagna with sweet Italian sausage. I rip it out the casing and brown it in a little olive oil as if it were grounds beef.

I also make spaghetti using Johnsonville's beef smoked sausage sliced and sauteed with onions and peppers and minced garlic in extra virgin olive oil

Adoption has a big hand in the ten which counting my new daughter in law it is 11 most nights. We are now a family of 11 !

Chunk the hot dogs. We cut them into ten pieces each usually. It is easy for the little ones to do it with a butter knife. They love helping.
