Dried or fresh... Which do you use? Which do you prefer?

 I use mostly dried, but prefer fresh.

in the summertime, fresh.

 I grow them and use fresh, and freeze and dry them to use. Some I can't grow here. Each has it's uses. I prefer fresh when I have them.
