I have for over 30 years.
It varied over the years but now I like Splenda.
Not anymore..When I did it was Sweet N Low..
I avoided Sweet N Low because of the cancer rumors related to saccharin.
Equal was ok, but didn't like the taste.
Splenda, Stevia, and the other newer substitutes all taste ok, but to me they have a very chemical-like after taste which I don't care for. Plus they all lack that - for lack of a better word - "zing" - that real sugar has.
No they aren't good for you.
