This morning I woke up with all intentions on making a nice breakfast for the family. Weekday mornings are usually filled with cereal or pop tarts, whatever the kids feel like eatting before rushing out the door to a long school day. I had bought a loaf of texas toast bread last weekend because my middle child Loves my french toast. Well I got up I made it and the kids all 3 of them were happy, they loved it and ate it up. For a moment I was the worlds best mom and I could hear people cheering in my head LOL. I told DH that breakfast was ready and he said he wasnt ready for it yet. So fast forward to later this morning, I am in the kitchen DH asks me to get the milk out, I said for what? He is going to have cereal. WHAT? I was insulted. He got mad because I was upset with him and said Well you know I dont like french toast that much, Um NO, No I did not, when in the almost 14 years of us being together have you EVER told me you dont like french toast? or have not eatten it? I then went on to tell him If we were at your moms you would eat it. UGH My super mom moment was crushed and now im sad LOL.
I'm having almost the exact same morning.... Sausage is cooking, pancakes are done... I ask dh how he wants his eggs and he says I don't feel like eating that.. :(
quite annoying isnt it? I dont know if you dh is like mine he is quick to bitch that I dont make him what he wants but when I try he doesnt want that. GRRRR
