I wouldn't buy one, don't wear them either. It does look like it would be nice and warm! Great pattern too.

I do freeform with knitting and crochet. No patterns needed. There are lots of youtube videos on it. Ravelry is full of great free patterns that you can see the popularity of the pattern. You want to know what is in style right now. I use a lot of handspun yarn that I make on a drop spindle and stuff from www.knitpicks.com and www.yarn.com. The second one is actually my local yarn store. Plus I knit with ragballs. I am very out there with my art.

Quoting jpalmer:

What kinda pattern do you use...or do you use them??? What kinda material do/have you used...just curious, i LOVE new ideas...

It is definately sellable. I make them too.

It doesn't get cold enough for knit scarf.. Only time i would purchase a knit scarf is it would have to be at a ridiculously low price.

It's cute, but I don't wear them either. And have no clue on how much something like that would go for.
