I got it from Hillbilly Housewife website.  It was fabric softner and water.  I may try the recipe with the baking soda next time.  I just went to Dollar Tree and picked up softner there.

 Oh yes but, time consuming because I would tear all the papertowels so I didn't have to deal with a whole roll when I needed one wipe.
