My lasagna sauce doubles as a spaghtti sauce (and makes a ton

1# ground turkey
2 lg cans tomato sauce
1 regular can of diced tomatoes (I get ones with basil and oregano in it)
Papricka
Sugar
Salt and pepper
Basil
Onion (diced)

Everything "to taste". I brown the turkey with the onion and basil. Fresh hebs are sooo much better.

For lasagna I just layer this, cottage cheese and mozzerella. Then use leftover sauce for spagetti another night. I can get 3 or 4 layers comfortably with the sauce, just depends on the pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min and enjoy

Get a bunch of butter, and mix it with some ketchup in a bowl.

Microwave it, until it's all melted...stir and pour it over your noodles.....
