This was really good! I liked that it wasn't a typical thick-sauce that many crock pot recipes tend to have. The flavors were awesome. The honey brings out a lot of sweetness, and then the barbeque sauce and crushed red pepper give it just a little bit of spicy flavor as well. The two work together well! It almost reminded me of a healthier version of Chinese food (there is soy sauce in there, too!), but without the fried, unhealthy-ness! I served it over white jasmine rice.
