I don't have a period so I don't use either. But I wasn't too picky on the brands when I did.

But things are getting sketchy didn't have a period last month and so far not this month either so maybe none

none of the above. The chemicals in disposable protection make AF heavier and more painful. I use a Diva Cup and mama cloth.
