First let me say Im not a deeply religous person.. I believe in something and I think I believe more in Khmara kinda thing then in a God.. I have nothing against people who do... My dd goes to church and I let her..
So here is my question..
We are buying new furniture for the living room, my dds room (hers is on craigstlist from a couple that moves to Hong Kong and severe the Lord) my sons new furniture and living room will be bought from Daves Furniture (store).. we have terminix coming and have our carpets cleaned..
So was thinking to have a priest or someone come over and bless or cleanse our house and the new furniture...
So do you think thats crazy nut case idea or kinda neat, cool or what...
Quoting jconney80:
I don't really believe in blessing a house so I wouldn't personally
What could it hurt??
I mean, it's something that I would do. And I'm not so much religious as I am spiritual...but I still think that a blessing is a positive thing and certainly couldn't hurt.
