Do you know how to put snow chains or cables on your car ?

Yes ma'am I do! Not that I would ever have to do that where I live, but I did have to cable up my car years ago. My hometown gets a lot of snow so it's a skill I learned.

 No and neither does hubby, although I'm sure he could figure it out.  We have snow, but not enough for chains.  We usually get one or two big storms and they last a week or so.  It's not ongoing snow.

No, only big trucks (school buses, DOT plows, ambulances and such) are allowed chains.
