Do you peel a banana from the stem or the bottom?

Neither, I don't like bananas, never have. My dad peels it from the bottom because he says that's the way monkeys do it and they're the experts. :-)

I peel from the bottom too.  Just pinch a little "cut" into the peel and that get's it started.  No stringy things!
