How far in advance can you make pies? I should be able to bake wed and I think that's fine but would today be too soon?

I've baked sweet potato pies ahead a time and put them in the freezer.

I think it would depend on the pie. I am going to wait until Wed to make my cheesecake, and then going to make my caramel apple pudding cake on Thursday. My dad is working Thursday and gets off at 6, so we won't eat until around 7 anyway. Plenty of time to get it made before he gets off.

It's because of time and oven space. I'd you get your ours done then you don't have to jokey the oven for other things. I'm not doing the turkey but if I was, my oven would be tied up all day. My brother is doing the turkey in my moms oven though so she bringing the side she's making over here to cook. And then I have crescents to bake. Since pies can be done ahead its one less thing to worry about.
