I have a friend who has a little girl in pageants and even for small kids EBay has a ton of dresses at good prices. Just type in bridesmaids dresses and give it a try.

Oh thanks i appreciate it. Ya, i talked to my friend about getting non-sleeve dress but then covering it up with a long sleeve dress top and she liked the idea so that's what i'm looking for now. They had some cute stuff at davids bridal I saw.
