What do you do with the leftovers?What do you make with all the turkey?

We make lots of sandwiches.We also bring a bunch of it to a homeless man and his dog that we befriended a couple of years ago

My husband makes a after thanksgiving sandwich. Turkey ,cranberries, stuffing and mash potatoes. Yuck

My Mom used to take bread(open sandwich) put turkey on it,mashed potatoes and gravy.It was so good
