Do you do most of your Kmart Christmas shopping before (such as layaway or earlier in the year, during the month of December or hitting the after Christmas sales?

Half and half between earlier sales and the month of December. But we don't have a KMart, so that's not usually where I shop.

I'm a last minute shopper most years.
This year, I started a bit earlier...but still not until December.

All of the above. After Christmas I will buy some stuff for next year. I shop clearance and sales all year for stocking stuffers and also bday presents. I do the heavy shopping between November and December.....I love layaway for big stuff, so I don't have to hide it. There aren't many places for me to hide stuff in my place.
