it depends on your Dr. each one does it different and each have different "After" care for them.
but be prepared,,, with that many infections, they can still get infections with tubes.
DD had 9 ear infections & 3 doubles in 5 months and she got her tubes at 11 months old and had 4 more after with the tubes in.
thenn one tube fell out and her drum ruptured. then 4 more infections... then the other fell out and she got one more infection.. she is 3 now and since the last tube fell out 4 months ago she had 1 infection.
Poor kiddo. :( I don't know. My kids don't have them. I did when I was little but that was a long time. Things change. Good luck.
