So, it's our turn to have one of DH's colleagues and his wife over for dinner. They are vegans. Does anyone have good vegan recipes to share? Or dishes I can google?

Go to all recipes.com. There are millions of great vegan recipes out there. That's the only one I can think of at moment.

Check out Mollie Katzen. She wrote The Moosewood Cookbook, which is kind of a vegetarian bible. Not all the dishes will be vegan.
