This has the potential to be a great side dish for many dinners... but I would make two important changes. 1) Hold the sour cream. 2) Hold the croutons. The sour cream made it TOO THICK and did nothing to enhance the flavor (in my opinion). The croutons did not taste bad or ruin the recipe, but they don't really serve a real purpose. You could make it without them and it'd be totally good. Plus, by adding the croutons, you toss them in an additional 3T of butter (and the calories and fat that go with it). Just leave those two parts out!
