How much sleep do you usually get?

I don't get much. It takes me hours to fall asleep and once I do I still wake up multiple times. I'm usually laying in bed by 11 or 12 then I get up at 7.

I could celebrate that.  I need a nap!

I usually get 5-6 hours.  It's definitely not enough.

Well, I try for 8 hours a night, but it's usually more like 5 hours or less.

Depends, but I try to aim for 7 or 8.

Our youngest is a terrible sleeper. I get about 6 hours of very interrupted sleep.
I'm hoping I find the key to getting him to sleep better soon.

usually 6 - 7 hrs. I just had my nap for today. :)
