Today's Item: Spagehtti Sauce

Both. I use store bought if I am in a hurry, but I like homeade best.
I add tomato paste to the store bought jarred sauce to thicken it.
homemade... we jar gravy every August... enough to last us for the year.
fresh tomatoes, salt, basil, thats it, we run it through the mill 3x.
we usually take about 100 jars just for us, and all in all we jar about 400 mason jars
