 it makes me wonder? if it helps with this man, could it help me?!

i wouldnt mind trying yoga but what would be right for me?!

 I don't want to watch it(I only have a few minutes) but yoga is amazing.  It can't hurt and it's worth a try.

I like yoga.  It is for everyone since it is non-competitive and you go at your own pace.

Yoga is so good for both mind and body.  It helps with flexibility and you use your own body weight for weight training.  It also helps your balance.

Try it! I've did yoga before! And my Zumba instructor is an yoga instrunctor we do a lot yoga moves!
