Cream Cheese Fiesta Spread from the Betty Crocker site!

Cream Cheese Fiesta Spread

You Need:

1
package (8 ounces) cream cheese or fat-free cream cheese
1/4
cup salsa
1/4
cup apricot preserves or orange marmalade
1
tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Looking for another quick and easy spread? Top a block of cream cheese with raspberry spreadable fruit and toasted slivered almonds.

Ideas for leftover avocado: Slice thinly and put on sandwiches, cube and toss with salads or simply enjoy as is! (Wrap leftover avocado tightly in plastic wrap to keep it from turning brown.)
