What changes have you made to get healthy and fit?

I usually walk my daughter to the park and play with her for a bit, or with the older kids on the weekend and then walk on the tread climber at home for 15-30 minutes. I also will add in some squats and stuff too

I need to cook more. We have become way to reliant on processed foods and eating out. When I cook I am very conscious of what goes into the food. But when I eat out or heat up pre made foods I just don't pay attention. 

I'm roasting tomatoes right now to make soup later today. I'm working on it :)

I'm on weight watchers and trying to exercise every day during the week.
