At 64, I consider myself blessed that I can still wear heels. I votes 3". I've worn heels most of my adult life, so I'm quite confident wearing them. I do remember when i first started wearing them that it took LOTS of practice. And for both of my pregnancies, by the time I was at my second trimester, I was back in flats for the rest of the pregnancy. After each one, it was almost like having to learn to wear them all over again.

Only flats. I have knee problems, and don't see the need to be taller

I like flats and 1-2 inch some time 3 but not any higher than that.
