Who do you admire most and why?
My husband - he's gone through a lot in his life and is just very smart about life in general.
my mom. She took on 6 extra kids and never complained but treated us all like her own. She has shown us what it is to be loved unconditionally and what a great mom is
my great-granma. though she passed away almost 30 years ago she is & always will be my hero. someone i admire greatly & strive to be like.
in a time when it wasn't acceptable to get divorced or talk about family problems she left her abusive husband & struck out on her own. moving to a new city & state to start a new life. being self sufficient, owning her own restaurant & not relying on anyone for help. as a kid she instilled in me the importance of being true to yourself & not being afraid or ashamed of who & what you are.
