I also deep clean my house for some reason it makes me feel happy and like spring is nearer! And love the fresh start to a new year.

We have a full spectrum lamp that we sit in front of and on sunny days we go for more walks.  SAD is very prominent in this area.

St Johns Wort, Vitamin D and Omega 3 although I am in Florida, so I do that just any time the blues hit overall.  I do get depressed if it gets cold for longer than a week though!  LOL

I'm ok most of the time. I just need to make sure the house is clean and I have lights on :)
