I need to change my lifestyle for health reasons but I just can find the motivation to do it. I don't have the energy to cook after work each night and I really don't have anything left in me to exercise. I have RA and lupus and just yesterday did a health screening and after fasting for 12 hours my glucose was high. Anyone have suggestions on small steps to get myself headed in the right direction?
