We've remodeled two kitchens. In one (the house we rent out), we painted, installed granite counter tops, and laid down tile floors. In the other (our home) , we stripped wallpaper, painted, installed new cabinets and granite counter tops, and put in a new oven and microwave.
I'm really happy with our current kitchen, but it was a huge project.

We did it for cheap and it turned out beautiful! We had a friend help us with it so that saved us a lot. We paid him but it still saved us!
