Usually when I get tired in the afternoon I work out instead of nap. It helps 99% of the time. Lol! Every now and then I sneak one though. ;)

Yesterday actually. I got the older boys watching a movie, locked the doors, and snuggled in with my 2yo. We're night weaning so nights have been stressful.
Before yesterday I think it had been months since I'd had a nap.
Last night when dh got home from work, ive been sick almost a month and its really wearing on me
