Do you workout? Couple times a week? Every day? What do you do to be active? Are you happy with your body?

Feel free to post a picture of yourself if you want. :)

I forgot to answer my own...I workout 5-7 days a week at home (boo) but I recently lost the last 10 lbs after baby so I'm just building muscle now. I like how I look and, better yet, how I FEEL when I'm working out every day. I also have a fitness group here on CM if anyone wants the info PM me! Good for motivation or to help motivate others!

Yes, I go to the gym M-F. One day a week I workout with a trainer and twice a month I take boxing instruction. No, I am not happy with my body, which is why I go to the gym. I'm trying to get back into shape after a long hiatus from regular exercise and I'm enjoying every minute of it; I had forgotten how much fun it was.

So not happy with my body.  I work out on our exercise bike and/or Wii Fit about 4 times a week.

I wish I could I barely have time to eat my ki keep me going around all day and at nit when they are sleeping I am so tired I go to bed soon after them. I am happy for now with my body I want to loose ten more pounds this spring and I will be happy

I work out every day. I do my yoga in the morning and then go for a run. I enjoy hiking in better weather and do a core workout in the evening to strengthen my muscles after a back injury long ago. I am very happy with my body.
