We use tilapia filets and bake with lemon/butter. Very delicious.

Salmon is our favorite and it's usually steamed in a bit of wine and topped with some herbs sauteed in butter. Or broiled and topped with citrus glaze.

So far i like any fish i have tried. My families fav is tilapia. I like salmon. :)

My favorite is tilapia. I like it a variety of ways, but I most often put a cornmeal crust on it and pan-fry it.
