DS2 and I are both home sick. He's probably ok enough to send to school late, but I just don't have the energy. It feels like the cat is running her claws up and down my trachea.

That is awesome about your back and weight loss. I am doing good today. Very sleepy as usual though lol.
i have been having some back problems too but nothing major. it feels better today. now if i could get my depression under control. i hope im not crying all day today. im going to go outside and get some fresh air and sunshine.
