Is there festivals/.fairs in your region? What types are there? Which ones to you go to? Do you make it educational for the kids or is it just an outing?
I don't keep up with the different festivals...But we had the Home and Garden Show , Gun Show..And there's another show coming up, not sure what it is...We have the fair coming in August..Sometimes we go, sometime's we don't...
There is a festival in August in our town. We usually go for a night and take the kids to the carnival. But, we don't spend a lot of time there.
We just had the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. In April, we're having the Houston Children's Festival and the Houston International Festival. This weekend, the Bayou City Art Festival. The Art Car Festival, and there's lots of small festivals, too.
we have like mountain makings during the fall and fall harvest .. we use to have a ren fair .. but i never went =( .
