It states our house goes up for sale on May 30th.Thats when we have to be out.At 11 am it goes up for auction.I want to sit here and cry but the kids are home

DId you ask if you can do a lease/rent to own? Some owners are interested in that. Tell her you'll do all repairs, etc like it's your own place and after 2 years you'll buy it out?
